Battlefield 2042 delayed to November 2021

 

In its latest announcement made by Electronics Arts, EA reported that Battlefield 2042 has been delayed by one month to November 19, 2021. Previously, Battlefield 2042 was planned to be released on October 22, however, due to COVID-19 related complications the date was delayed.

DICE GM Oskar Gabrielson stated in a press release, "Given the scale and scope of the game, we had hoped our teams would be back in our studios together as we move towards launch". He further added, "With the ongoing conditions not allowing that to happen safely, and with all the hard work the teams are doing from home, we feel it is important to take the extra time to deliver on the vision of Battlefield 2042 for our players."

The official press release related to delay in release of game was followed shortly by leak of Beta dates  These leaks were made by Tom Henderson (@_Tom_Henderson_). Initially, it was leaked that Beta dates would occur during September month, however, with the delay in release of game, Beta dates would be delayed too. 

Tom Henderson tweeted that new dates for Open Access would be schedule on October 6 whereas Open Beta Test would occur on October 8.

Shadow Royale in back in Apex Legend for the last week of Halloween Event

Shadow Royale has return to Apex Legend as the Halloween event nears its end.  The Shadow Royale was also present in the last year Halloween event. The event started from October 26 and will end on November 2. Many players are interested in this game mode as it allows the dead members to remain in game till the last member of their group is alive. In Shadow mode, dead members are alive as zombies known as shadows. However, they are alive till the last member of team is alive properly. The Shadow members are able to use melee attack upon opponents. Moreover, they are also able to wall run in their shadow mode. The team is only eliminated if the last alive member is also killed. This week is also the last week to win the epic Loba skin along with epic gun charm. What does gameplay reveal of FAR CRY 6 tells us?

A Story about revolution that changes Yara and Castillo. Far cry games have  always been about making player fight antagonist who are more powerful than the player at the start of game.
