Call of Duty: Warzone is similar to other games such as Valorant, Division, Rainbow Six Siege where, player is assigned one of the two teams with each team requiring to capture the flag positions of the opposite team. The team that is able to get most kills as well as most captures will win the match.

Previous Seasons of Call of Duty: Warzone:

Call of Duty had started adding new islands to the map from the second season onwards to give gamers new experience in playing the game. In second edition, places such as Verdansk was added which was mysterious in nature and unknown to the players about its habitat and who was native to the place. Similar suspense reside with the oil tanker named Vodianoy which had no information about the crew members of the tanker and no radio activity present in the ship. Moreover. the second edition also brought new forms of missions such as Exfiltration and Rebirth Island Resurgence Extreme. The Exfiltration mission was related to capturing a radio and using it to escape the island using a helicopter whereas in Rebirth Island Resurgence Extreme allowed around 90 players to respawn, thus increasing the difficulty of the game.

During the third season update of Call of Duty: Warzone, three new maps were launched which were Yamantau, Diesel, Duga and Standoff. Among these four maps, Yamantau and Diesel were added at the beginning of the season whereas the other two were added at the end of the season. This season was also important when looked from the perspective of addition of other features of the game. Six new weapons were added in this season which were Swiss K31 sniper, Ballastic knife, CARV.2 Tactical Rifle, AMP63 Pistol and Baseball bat for everyone and PPSH-41 for Tier 15 of Battle Pass.

New characters were added to the game including Captain Price, along with Wraith, Knight and Antonov who are members of Warsaw pact.

Main Story line of Season 4:

The main story of season 4 revolves around Stitch planning to crash satellites as a part of the brainwashing program that he runs upon the different operatives to modify them into sleeper agents who are under his control.

This season there will be return of a famous map named Hijacked island. This season will also have double XP event which can help players to level up their characters more rapidly.

Even though the game developers are trying their level best to improve the experience of gamers in Call of Duty: Warzone, there remains a major issue of hacking usage. During the season 3, around 13,000 accounts were banned on accusation of hacking. Still, there are many hackers who are disturbing the experience of the normal gamers in CoD: Warzone. It is expected that the new season will also cater to these issues significantly.
